Exiting the Eastern Distributor Tunnel to surface lanes on South Dowling Street

After exiting the tunnel in South Dowling Street, the first east bound exit for users travelling south will be approaching Dacey Avenue. This should also be used by traffic wishing to access Todman Avenue.
