Entering the Eastern Distributor Tunnel from South Dowling Street

When travelling north on South Dowling Street, you will enter directly into the tunnel from the parkway. Users will also be able to access the tunnel from the surface road via an access ramp between Cleveland Street and Fitzroy Street.
