Truck toll increase for Eastern Distributor

The Eastern Distributor today confirmed a toll increase for trucks (Class B vehicles) will take effect on from midnight 1 January 2010.
From midnight on 1 January the toll for Class B vehicles (trucks) that pass through the toll plaza will increase $ 0.50 cents from $10.00 to $10.50 (inc GST).
This increase is in accordance with the terms of the Eastern Distributor Project Deed, signed with the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) in 1997.
The Eastern Distributor is tolled for travel in the northbound direction only.
The toll for cars and motorcycles (Class A vehicles) is unchanged.
