Eastern Distributor closure schedule

Planned maintenance closures

The following motorway closures have been scheduled for the next three months to conduct essential maintenance on the Eastern Distributor.

To minimise traffic impacts, these closures occur only at night. They commence after 10.00pm and end before 5am.

From time to time individual ramp closures are also required. These are advertised using the variable message signs on the motorway.

The variable message signs also display the latest information about any unavoidable last minute changes to the following schedule.

Southbound

Dates (inclusive)		Description		Time
Sunday 4 to Wednesday 7 March 2012		The Eastern Distributor will be closed in the southbound direction at night for planned maintenance		Commences after 10.00pm Ends before 5am

Northbound (Citybound)

Dates (inclusive)		Description		Time
Sunday 26 to Wednesday 29 February 2012 and then Sunday 4 March		The Eastern Distributor will be closed in the northbound direction at night for planned maintenance.		Commences after 10.00pm Ends before 5am

Please note this schedule may change for operational reasons. Motorists are advised to take notice of variable message signs on the motorway which provide advance notice of closures.
