Tips on how to avoid fees

1. Ensure your tag account remains in a positive balance;
   
   
2. List vehicles on your account before travel or up to 48 hours after the first trip on any toll road;
   
   
3. Regularly check your tag account to ensure your vehicles are correctly listed, and add or remove vehicles required;
   
   
4. Travel with a tag correctly mounted (refer to your tag provider for instructions);
   
   
5. If you are sharing a tag between vehicles, install a holder in every vehicle;
   
   
6. Listen to the beeps and contact your tag provider if there is no beep or there is more than one beep;
   
   
7. Keep your tag provider up to date with your contact details so you can be alerted if there is a problem.
